They produced a mock up which was exactly what we asked for - down to the layout, wording, font...and were able to meet our budget too! It has been an extremely easy process to work with Barry and Jarna. They have superb customer relations; their responses to our emails, were quick. Nothing was an issue. These were the points of difference, I appreciated. I am very glad we chose William E Jones Ltd!

When my Dad died back in 2001 we used William E Jones for the stone. We had them set it up in such a way that we could easily add Mum's details when she died. She died in 2016 and, belatedly (as I was living overseas and took a while to bring her ashes back) we had them update the stone with her details. Barry was tremendous and did a stellar job. Totally recommend them.
